Company Overview

Penta-Ocean Travels and Tours was established in 2002 and has been expanding rapidly in the past few years.

The company is located at 44/2 Orchid Magu, Maafannu, Male', Maldives, close to the heart of the businesses and the government. Penta-Ocean Travels and Tours is a member of some of the leading travel associations in Asia such as, Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) and Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) and the Maldives Tourism Promotion Board (MTPB).

Penta-Ocean Travels and Tours is involved mainly in Tour Operations to resorts and Sea Transportation and Logistics. However, we are looking to widen operations in the near future, especially with the infusion of foreign investments. It is in an ideal position, with a management team with over 10 years of tour operation and more than 15 years of speed boat transportation experience.

Earlier the company owned and operated a yacht, which was sold in 2005, and the transport section of the company was begun later in the year. At present the company's fleet consists of two Gulf craft Touring 32's and one Interceptor (with 23 seats each). Each of these high speed boats has a fast 4-stroke outboard engine to enable timely and efficient travel.

The fifteen staff in the company are all Maldivians and fluent in English, and all the frontline staff are especially friendly, hospitable and provide the best service to all company’s’ customers. The senior management is highly qualified, and includes graduates who have both studied and had experience in industry abroad.
